Ooo - another one to try Bram! Yummy....

Where do you get moose, Saki-Sis? Do you know someone who hunts? Now, is moose in Sweden like elk here?
Loving fantasy since 1960 or so, FRPGs since 1975 (appx), and CRPGs since 1985....

Moose are everywhere. They're like the ones up in Canada and the like.

We bought it at the store. it's available during moose hunting season, usually, and it's cheaper than beef(at least in my area) if you're after stew meat.

Was delicious.

Ah, so yeah, like the moose here in Utah too then. I far prefer game (other than deer) meat for stew to beef. Not to mention no one can afford beef around here....

Beef here is ridiculously expensive. And they're apparently one of the countries looking to tax red meat even further to save the environment....

*sigh* Husband won't eat things like stuffed jalapeños. Bummer, because I want them stuffed with olives and Tex-Mex cheese, then pepper-bacon wrapped, and slathered with salsa when done....
